Best Impressions opened in 2004 as a gift and home decor store. James, proprietor, saw an opportunity to bring his engraving abilities and talents to the town of Lancaster, along with the imprinting of t-shirts, mugs, coasters, tote bags as well as other items.

In the summer of 2009, while attending a suppliers' trade show and sale, Jim and his partner Sue, made the decision, at that moment, to change the store format and revamp the business into a store for everyone, with everyone's needs in mind. Thus became Best Impressions Family Discount Store. We still do engraving, printing and the rest too!!

It is, in our humble opinion, a place where you can find a large variety of goods. If we don't have what you're looking for, we gladly direct you to someone in the village or elsewhere who may.
